Strategy development and corporate management per Hoshin Kanri - Giving guidance, keeping direction, and reaching the goal

No matter how rough the sea gets, a successful helmsman knows how to use the winds to reach his destination. The compass shows him the way. This is also how the Hoshin Kanri principle for developing and cascading targets was developed. Starting from the company vision, breakthrough objectives are formulated over a horizon of three to five years, from which further objectives are derived for the subsequent year. This takes place in both the vertical and horizontal direction, coordinated with the organizational structure to align everyone involved along the value stream with the same target state. Hoshin Kanri promotes a unified understanding of all functions of the actual and target state, while motivating those involved to develop common values at the same time.

Learn how you can use your vision as a manager to derive concrete objectives, improvement projects and success factors and thereby provide your employees with effective orientation on the road to becoming a lean enterprise. The "catchball" process is just one of many new elements that you will have a go at. Besides conveying the theory of the Hoshin Kanri method, our trainers place particular emphasis on social success factors for achieving ambitious visions.

The seminar will be in German language.
